These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services, digital materials, and goods provided by TaxwayPrime. By accessing or purchasing any offering from TaxwayPrime, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review carefully.

2. Consulting Services

2.1 Scope

TaxwayPrime offers tax-free consulting designed for entrepreneurs seeking professional assistance with tax planning and compliance. Each consulting session is tailored to individual needs based on information you provide.

2.2 Scheduling and Modification

Appointments may be scheduled through mutual agreement. If you need to modify an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid fees.

2.3 Fee Payment

Consulting fees are due in full upon booking. TaxwayPrime accepts the methods displayed during the checkout process.

2.4 Cancellation and Refund

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are not eligible for a refund due to reserved expert availability.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment channel.

3. Digital Materials

3.1 Access and Delivery

After purchase, digital materials are available for immediate download or streaming.

3.2 Usage Rights

Materials are licensed for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

3.3 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• No more than 20% of the content may have been accessed or downloaded to be eligible.
• Approved refunds are completed within 30 days to the original payment channel.

4. Physical Goods

4.1 Delivery and Inspection

Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please inspect upon arrival.

4.2 Refunds and Shipbacks

• Unused goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Defective items are eligible for a full refund and a replacement at no additional charge.
• Standard refunds are completed within 15 days of receipt of shipped items.
• Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for a refund due to their tailored nature.
